ANKARA, Feb. 20 (Xinhua) -- At least 5 soldiers were injured on Wednesday in an ammunition explosion in the suburban district of the capital Ankara, state-run Anadolu Agency reported.
The incident occurred at 7 p.m. local time (1600 GMT) at a military base during an artillery training, the defense ministry said.
The injured were taken to hospital, it added.
The ministry did not touch on the nature of the accident or injuries.
